2007. Its popularity has been growing steadily over the years.
The 2017 Jeep Compass is a replacement vehicle that has been
redesigned and revitalized to offer some of the best features
provided by other Jeep models including more entertainment and
other options.

The 2017 Jeep Compass will have modifications. It has been
redesigned to make it more attractive with an athletic and
muscular look, and more user-friendly. In the front, the 2017
Compass will have a seven-slot grille, LED projector headlights
for improved visibility in poorly light areas and at night, and
a modified bumper with round fog lights. At the back, the car
will have a lift gate with the Jeep logo on the handle, more
visible tail lights, a large bumper and an aerodynamic spoiler.
The 2017 Compass will have an angular body with a slightly
bending hood. The vehicle may use a new platform and be
slightly longer than its predecessor. The Jeep SUV will be
lighter than its predecessor because of the use of lightweight
materials such as aluminum in the construction of its body. It
will have and 18-inch aluminum wheels and wider wheelbase.

In the cabin, the 2017 Jeep Compass will be redesigned to make
it more spacious, stylish and luxurious with seats for five
passengers. It will feature the latest touch screen display for
the infotainment system, an integrated navigation system,
Bluetooth connectivity, USB ports, built-in WiFi, leather
seats, front adjustable and heated seats, a leather steering
wheel, automatic climate control, Sirius XM satellite radio,
entertainment system, high-quality sound system, etc. Safety
features will include Anti – lock brakes, Brake Assist, Lane
departure warning, Forward collision warning system, Stability
and traction control, Cruise control, Blind Spot Detection
system, Hill assist, passenger airbags, engine immobilizer,
Rear view camera, Park Assist, etc.

The base engine for the Jeep Compass 2017 is expected to be the
2.0-liter gasoline inline- 4, the Double overhead cam (DOHC)
engine with an output of 156 hp and a torque of 141-pound feet.
It has a fuel efficiency of 23 mpg for city driving, 30 mpg for
highway driving and a combined fuel economy of 25 mpg. The fuel
tank has a capacity of 13.6 gallons offering a range of 312.8
miles for city driving and 408 miles for highway driving. The
second option is expected to be a 2.4-liter inline-4 engine
with an output of 172 hp, a torque of 165-pound feet, and a
fuel economy of 21 mpg on city, 26 mpg on highway and about 23
mpg for combined driving. This engine can accelerate from 0 to
60 mph in 9.6 seconds and has a top speed of 113 mph. These
engine options are expected to be paired with a 5-speed manual
transmission. It is also expected that there will be a 6 CVT as
an option.
